about you.

TIME ZONE: EST
REPLY PREFERENCE?: I like me a good meaty reply. However, that does not mean I want you to drone on and on and on about what your character's wearing, every single little gesture they make. Because I will get bored and wonder what in the hell I am even needed for lol.
LORD KNOWS WHAT?: that some people like cherry pie more than apple pie, but there's no sense in starting a war over it. (Unless you're Dean Winchester, then all pie is good pie ;-))

third-person sample
It'd been three days since her first test run with her father and he hadn't spoken to her yet. She understood why, but he didn't understand at all why she did what she felt she had to do. The sooner the man came to terms with the fact she wasn't Blade and she wasn't ever going to be the better off they'd both be better off.

Over the last few days she'd spent a good majority of it training hard. Sommerfield had given the guy she'd brought back with her the cure and he'd needed time to rest and recuperate. Abby didn't regret the decision she made when it came to him, but she hadn't been down to see him since she left him in the lab either, there had been too much on her mind.

Now she stood on the deck, earbuds in as she began target practice. It was hot out, a thin sheen of swear coated her body, a droplet tracked down the side of her face. She had no idea if this new guy was going to join the little group they'd formed or not. After going toe to toe with her she hoped he did.

Her aim was a little off today, a couple of them missing the bullseye. She copped that up to distraction. Next time on the field she'd do better, make her father proud. Finishing up, the heat growing to be too much she headed down to the lab, time to face the music, see if he was happy to be with them or eaten up with guilt over the knowledge of the things he'd done.

She didn't bother with a shower or changing her clothes. Coming down the stairs she heard the tv on and looked over to see him laying on the closest thing they had to a hospital bed, curled up in blankets as he watched the tv. There was a bit of stubble on his face, not the smooth shaven guy she'd originally met, but it worked for him.

Crossing the distance between them she finally came close enough to talk. "How are you feeling?" She wondered in the back of her mind if he'd retained some of his vampire traits, such as enhanced senses or strength, made her curious.
